Paint Correction (Stage 1 or stage 2)
For 2025 models around 3 weeks old (dealer delivery), we typically perform a Stage 1 Paint Correction to refine the finish and remove light imperfections.
For older vehicles (prior to 2025 models) with swirl marks, light scratches, or buffer trails, we perform a Stage 2 Paint Correction to fully restore the paint before coating.
This step is critical to ensure the coating bonds to a flawless, corrected surface.
Panel Wipe Down
The paintwork is wiped with a specialised solution to remove any polish oils or residues, ensuring a clean surface for bonding.
Ceramic Coating Application

Your car cannot be washed for the first 2 weeks after application. This curing period is critical to allow the coating to bond fully to your paintwork. After this time, you’ll notice that dirt and water slide off easily thanks to the hydrophobic finish, making future washes much quicker and safer.
Ceramic coating will not make your vehicle completely scratch-proof. However, it does create a hardened layer that significantly reduces the likelihood of swirl marks and micro-scratches compared to unprotected paint. For maximum defence against stone chips, ceramic coatings can be combined with Paint Protection Film (PPF).

Yes. However, the condition of the paint determines the preparation needed. For new 2025 models, we usually perform a Stage 1 Paint Correction to refine dealer delivery marks. For older cars (pre-2025) with swirl marks and light scratches, we perform a Stage 2 Paint Correction to restore the finish before applying the ceramic coating.
The process includes pre-wash, decontamination, clay bar treatment, machine polishing (paint correction), panel wipe, hand-applied ceramic coating, curing, and final inspection. This ensures a flawless finish that bonds perfectly to your paint.
The initial curing takes place within 12–24 hours, which is why we keep your car overnight. Full chemical curing occurs over the following 7 days, during which time the coating hardens completely. During this period, you should avoid washing the vehicle, and for the first 2 weeks, do not use any detergents or shampoos on the paint.
